He finds great satisfaction in being able to offer strategic and tactical solutions to clients. Darren has a passion for managing details, working hard and forging long lasting relationships.
Darren most recently served as Senior Director of Implementation for FutureBrand NY. During his tenure, Darren built the implementation and brand governance concepts into defined offerings and disciplines within the organization. His solutions helped some of FutureBrand's largest clients—including American Airlines, Axalta Coating Systems, Cadillac, Dow, Exelon, Pitney Bowes, USAA and SAE International—deploy and govern their brands on a global scale.
Previously, as Director of Brand Management Systems for Interbrand, Darren’s implementation planning work benefitted numerous clients including Humana, Thomson Reuters, Towers Watson, Wrigley and MWV. Additionally, Darren focused on growing Interbrand’s brand governance initiative, which included building brand help desks for Thomson Reuters, Microsoft, Humana and AT&T.
Prior to Interbrand, in 2005, Darren was a founding partner at Pixeljockey LLC, an outsourced brand identity production agency. In addition to such brands as Nokia, Frito-Lay and HP, Darren helped manage the simultaneous brand rollouts of AT&T and MasterCard. This work included implementation management, client relationship management and hands-on production work.
Darren honed his skills in both account management and hands-on production roles earlier in his career. He was responsible for managing the retouching department on the Verizon Wireless account at McCann-Erickson; Vice President of Production for The Fifth Color, a digital printing facility; and Implementation Manager for CoreBrand Communications.
Darren began his career in television production working for Geraldo, The Montel Williams Show, HBO and CineMax.
